BENEFITS OF EGG

Whenever someone is sick and goes to a doctor, there are two types of doctors. One is those who prescribe multivitamins along with the medicine and the other is the doctor who tells to eat apple milk or eggs along with the medicine. Now the question arises whether these things can be substitutes for multivitamins. If we examine the egg, it contains vitamin B2, B5, B6, B12, vitamin D, E, K protein, healthy fats, calories, selenium, phosphorus, zinc, and folate all these things are found. That is, just like what is in a multivitamin, there is probably even more in eggs. But it is often said about eggs that eating them increases cholesterol. According to an authoritative study, even if twelve eggs are eaten a week, cholesterol will not make a difference.

Cholesterol is a part of every type of cell in our body. It works to make different types of hormones. Cholesterol works in making all of them.

There are two types of cholesterol, LDL is the cholesterol that builds up in the arteries and causes clots, HDL is the cholesterol that transports LDL to the liver and destroys it. But studies show that eggs contain omega-3 fatty acids and dietary cholesterol, which neither raises LDL nor lowers HDL. So this proves that there is no need to fear that eating eggs increases cholesterol.
