Night time skin care routine


One thing every human wants to know especially women what should be the best skincare routine at night. So what should we add to our skin routine for the night so that our skin remains hydrated, moisturized and clean.




1) Remove make up;

The first thing you should do is to wash off all the makeup from your face after finishing the day's activities.

2) cleansing;

Secondly, cleaning is a must, but it doesn't have to be done with pricy cleansers.
If you have raw milk, you can cleanse with it. Cleanse with milk for 10- 15 minutes, it will remove your dust particles. Apart from this, you can also use cucumber juice, cucumber juice is also very good for cleansing.

Make slices of cucumber and put it in a muslin cloth

and squeeze it well. After a while in the refrigerator, massage it onto your face.
Not only is it a good cleanser, but it also has a bleaching effect that makes the skin look even brighter.

3) Skin toning;

After that you have to tone your skin. The tonner not only hydrates your skin but also keeps your skin's pH level. You can also use tomato for toner. Tomato is available in every home
If you don't have expensive toners, you can also tone up your skin with tomato juice.
Skin can also be toned up with rose water, these are two things that everyone can easily afford. Thirdly, you have to moisturize your skin. You can also use milk for moisturizer. Milk not only cleanses, but it also moisturizes the skin very well.

Milk will moisturize your skin very well. If you don't want to use milk, you can use a good and cheap moisturizer that suits your skin.

4)  Apply antioxidant serum;

 
Fourthly, you have to use an antioxidant serum, these serums are very expensive in the market, if you can't afford it, then you have to use cucumber juice, lemon juice is also an antioxidant.
But if your skin is very dry then you should not use lemon juice if the skin is sensitive, then still do not use lemon juice. You can also use cucumber.
This not only makes the face glow but also removes dust particles and bacteria from the face.

5) Use eye cream;
Use your eye cream thereafter, if you use one. If you don't have an eye cream, then take almond oil and add vitamin E in it. Wrap around the eyes. This will not only reduce your fine lines but also eliminate the circles around your eyes.

6) Apply face mask;
After that if you use any face pack then use face pack on your skin if not then you can apply any face mask.
Nowadays, all kinds of face masks are available. If your skin is oily, then you can use peel-off mask. If your skin is sensitive, then you can’t use peel-off mask.
If you do not want to use peel-off mask, you can also use a mask made of cucumber or strawberry. If you can't afford face masks in the market, you can make face masks at home. Yogurt can make a great face pack. Add a pinch of turmeric in 2 spoons of curd and add two or three drops of lemon in it to make a very good face mask.
Apply it on the face for 10 to 15 minutes and replace it with egg white the next day and replace it with gram flour the next day. These are all the things like curd, egg and gram flour which are easily available in our kitchen, all these things will not harm the face but will be beneficial and it is not necessary that only expensive creams can be used for skin care, but we can use our own skin care products. You may take care of your skin at home as well. Wake up in the morning and wash your face well and apply a good moisturizer on your face that suits your face.

7) Apply sunblock;
After that, you should use a good sun block on the skin that matches your skin tone. After the sun block, you can apply the makeup you use in your daily routine. Then try to cover up your skin as much as possible. Walking on the skin cover will not only keep your skin clean but will also have a great effect on your personality.
